Computer Arts Article Published
August 15th, 2008 | by Brett DerricottThe July issue of Computer Arts Projects magazine, featuring an article I wrote on CSS3, just showed up in the mail. It always takes a little bit longer to get these issues because they’re published in the UK.
Best of State
May 13th, 2008 | by Brett DerricottThings have been busy at Agency Fusion so I haven’t had much time for posting to Agency Byte. All of that busy-ness appears to be paying off, however. Agency Fusion was recently awarded Best of State in the web development category. We have a great team, great clients, and we love what we do so it’s “icing on the cake” to be receiving recognition for our efforts!
Is the Web Really World Wide?
March 6th, 2008 | by Brett DerricottThere is a portion of this world’s population that could care less about the World Wide Web. Even if they’re aware of it’s existence, it still has no direct bearing on their day-to-day lives. An Internet outage doesn’t affect their work. If Twitter/YouTube/Insert-your-favorite-app-here goes down for an hour they feel no anxiety and have zero frustration.
Bad Designer Threads
January 14th, 2008 | by Brett DerricottHere is a cool new site featuring t-shirts that make fun of bad designs or bad designers. Those of you who’ve seen our Make My Logo Bigger Cream video know that we’re in favor of poking fun of bad design and bad clients so this t-shirt site is right up our alley. Maybe you’ll like it too.
I think it’s a relatively new company so take a look at their site and support them if you see a shirt that strikes a nerve. Seriously, the Comic Sans t-shirt is right on. I’d celebrate for a week if that font were removed from the earth.
Visit the Bad Designer Threads website.
Make My Logo Bigger Cream
October 29th, 2007 | by Brett DerricottI’ve been pretty behind on blogging lately. One of the main reasons is that I’ve been “distracted” with creating a new ad campaign that I think you’ll enjoy.
If you’re looking for a few minutes of humor today, take a look at our latest campaign:
http://www.MakeMyLogoBiggerCream.com/
We had a lot of fun creating this; I hope you have as much fun watching it! When you’re done, put in an order for a t-shirt that will make you the envy of your designer friends…
